Roofing

Roofing, remodeling, and the systems in between.
A roof is one part of a working envelope. We quote the parts that touch each other together, because that is where houses in this region actually leak and move.
Three loads decide everything we install.
Every specification on this site traces back to one of them. If a product choice cannot be justified against hail, UV, or thermal movement, it is decoration.
Hail impact
Central Texas sits in the highest-frequency hail corridor in the country. UL 2218 Class 4 impact resistance is our baseline, not an upgrade line.
Triple-digit UV
Sustained 100°F+ surface load drives the oils out of asphalt and shortens every organic finish. Reflective, ventilated assemblies cut attic temperatures by up to 40°F.
40°F daily swing
Thermal cycling works every joint and fastener year-round. We use assemblies that move without opening up — concealed clips, gapped joints, flexible flashing.
Systems engineered for hail impact, 100°F+ UV load, and 40°F daily swings.

Roofing
Metal Roofing
A 24-gauge concealed-fastener roof is the longest-lived assembly we install, and in a climate that runs 100°F+ for weeks at a time it is also the coolest.
Roofing
Tile Roofing
Barrel tile is the longest-lived roof covering we install and the heaviest thing you can put on a house.
Roofing
Storm & Hail Damage
Drone-documented inspections, a written damage report your adjuster can actually use, and direct coordination on the roof with the adjuster at the time of inspection.
The Riverbend Framework — septic, well, and county permitting handled up front.
Remodeling
Whole-Home Remodels
Remodeling a Hill Country property is not a city remodel with a longer drive.
Remodeling
Kitchen & Bath
Limestone-aquifer water runs 15 to 25 grains per gallon hard.
The envelope around the roof — water, wall, and power.
Home Systems
Gutters & Rainwater
Hill Country soil swings between rock-hard and saturated, and it changes volume when it does.
Home Systems
Siding & Exteriors
Most of the Hill Country is wildland-urban interface.
Home Systems
Solar
The failure mode of residential solar is not the panels — it is the several hundred holes drilled through a working roof to hold them.

Enter your address. We measure the building outline on public satellite record, apply your pitch, and price it against current Hill Country material and labor rates.
- Real measurement, not a per-square-foot guess off your county record
- A transparent band with the assumptions shown, not a single teaser price
- No obligation, and we do not need to call you to show you the result

Locating your parcel…
Measuring from public satellite recordsBefore you call anyone.
What areas of the Texas Hill Country do you serve?
New Braunfels and Bulverde are our two primary markets. Beyond those we cover Hays, Comal, Kendall, Gillespie, Travis, Blanco, Bandera, Burnet, Kerr and Williamson counties — including Dripping Springs, Boerne, Fredericksburg, Wimberley, Spring Branch, Canyon Lake, Blanco, Bandera, Kerrville, Marble Falls and Liberty Hill.
Do you do both roofing and remodeling, or subcontract one of them?
Both, with our own crews on the building envelope — roof, flashing, gutters and siding. That matters on a remodel, because the seam where a roofer and a general contractor hand off is where leaks get disputed instead of fixed.
Can I get a price without a salesperson coming to my house?
Yes. The satellite quote engine measures your building outline from public records, applies your roof pitch, and returns a price band in about two minutes. It is a modeled estimate, not a contract — but you see the number before you talk to anyone.
What is the difference between a systems specialist and a general roofing contractor?
Specification. A generalist installs what the bid sheet says. We spec for three measurable regional loads: UL 2218 Class 4 impact resistance for Hail Alley, reflective and ventilated assemblies for triple-digit UV, and details that tolerate a 40°F daily thermal swing. Same trades, different defaults.
